The Man Behind the Food
Meet Goyo
Every dish has a story. Here's the one behind the man who makes them.

SOME STUFF ABOUT GOYO
Gregorio came from Guerrero, Mexico with big dreams and a work ethic that doesn't quit.
Some of you old-timers might remember him from way back when he'd leave Bend at 4 AM to drive up to Salem selling pan dulce and other goods. He did that here in Bend too, and depending on the season, you might've also caught him selling fresh fruit and produce.
After years of perfecting his craft at El Caporal, El Rodeo, and Hola, he decided it was time to do his own thing.
The food truck journey wasn't smooth. He had to move more times than anyone should have to, including through winter in the cold and snow. But now he's found a stable home at the Humane Society Thrift Store parking lot.
Goyo's living proof that the American dream isn't just talk — it's real for people who grab the opportunity and put in the work.
Come by and taste what happens when hard work meets years of perfected recipes! Thank you to all who have supported the journey!
